Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 4, 2026

1. Platform Responsibility

FixersFL is a technology platform that connects homeowners with independent contractors. We do not provide contracting services ourselves, nor do we employ the professionals on our platform.

By using FixersFL, you acknowledge that any agreement for work is strictly between the Homeowner and the Contractor. FixersFL acts only as a facilitator and does not take any responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of the services provided by contractors.

2. User Obligations

Homeowners are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before hiring a professional. While we verify licenses for certain 'Verified Pro' members, this is not a guarantee of future performance.

Contractors agree to provide accurate information, maintain valid licenses/insurance, and treat all homeowners with professionalism.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixersFL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
